I have been living here for almost a year and it has been a great experience. It is a decent place that is well-maintained, clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The staff working at the apartment are very friendly, responsive to the needs, and supportive to provide a pleasant living experience for the tenants. It is in a perfect location – it is 1-2 minutes walking distance to the subway station, supermarkets, and a bike share.

Amanda, the property manager on site is amazing! She went above and beyond to make our apartment renting experience so easy and stress-free. Other apartments were not upfront with us about deposits and the process. The Elise has been great! Lots of students and young people. Convenient laundry in the building. Friendly neighborly people. We love it!

I currently live here and I really do love this apartment! You really cannot beat the location, and the staff of the building is incredible. Amanda, the resident manager, is beyond helpful all of the time, both during the leasing process and through any other issues I run into. The maintenance staff is impressively quick as well. Any of the times I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it has been taken care of within a day.
